On 5/8/09 Danny Sandoval said... My mother who is 79 years old has been trying to get an appointment to see her doctor, Dr. Soto for two weeks now and keeps getting the run around. What will it take to get her an appointment? Clearly she is in discomfort and pain and this is why she needs to see her doctor but somewhere in between there is a disconnect because I called today and I'm told that she will have to call everyday in order to get an appointment. I was also told that the first appointment available is in July. Having been a taxpayer for god knows how many years and because she is on Medicaid she is treated like a non-person is unacceptable.
