| I telephoned Sun Health Care Group to ask for info on a check I received. The first person who answered said that she would connect me with 'accounts payable' and I again entered waiting mode. It is 18 minutes and counting and I am still listening to elevator music. If their Health Care shows as much concern for their customers as their phone service I don't want it. |
